Refund policy

Due to the handmade and custom nature of our jewelry, custom sales are final, and customer is responsible for return shipping costs and will be charged a 5% restocking fee on any eligible return items. Eligible items are returnable within 14 days of delivery. 

However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We’ll work with you to replace or repair the piece at no cost.
